Questions about the Self-Serve Laundromat:
What are your hours?
6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Please come before 9:30 p.m. so you will be done by our closing time.
Is there parking?
Yes, we are in a shopping center that has parking.
Are your dryers large enough for a king-size comforter?
We have dryers as large as 75 pounds.
What if I need help with a machine?
We are fully attended, and we will help with anything you need.
Questions about Fluff and Fold:
What hours can I drop off my clothes?
We are attended from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. so you can drop off your clothing at any time.
What if I need my clothes done the same day?
We have same-day wash and fold service. We do charge a little bit more.
How will I know when my clothes are complete so I can pick them up?
We will text you.
Are there ever any specials on fluff and fold?
If you come on Tuesday from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m., we have an early bird special, and the cost is only 75 cents a pound!
Questions about Pickup & Delivery Service:
What days to do you pickup/deliver?
We pickup and deliver Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to noon. On Monday-Thursday, we also pickup and deliver from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
What if I can't be home when you are picking up or delivering?
Just tell us where you would like us to pickup or leave the clothes. You can enter the information when you are scheduling the pickup online. You might request on the porch or behind the gate. You might want us to pick them up from the apartment manager. Just let us know.
What is the difference between weekly pickups, biweekly, and by request?
By request is done when you decide it is time for a pickup and contact us. Weekly or biweekly is just that. We will give you a free laundry bag if you commit to weekly or biweekly pickups. Eventually, there may be a slight price difference with weekly being a little less money.
What happens if I am signed up for weekly pickup and I am out of town or don't need it that week?
Just call us up and we will suspend it for that week.
